Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Wireline Oil and Gas Sales Professional to join our dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by establishing and maintaining relationships with clients in the oil and gas industry. With a focus on wireline services, you will leverage your extensive knowledge of wireline operations and sales expertise to promote our company's products and services, meet sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute effective sales strategies to maximize business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify potential clients, market segments, and key decision-makers within the oil and gas industry.
  • Build and foster strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand clients' needs, requirements, and pain points, and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct regular client visits, presentations, and sales meetings to promote products and services.
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of wireline operations, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and capabilities of our offerings.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments and competitors' activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and proposals in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Track sales activities, opportunities, and progress using CRM software.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the organization.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to sales management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in wireline sales within the oil and gas industry.
  • Strong knowledge of wireline operations, tools, and technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales forecasting tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
